Elizabeth Moglia Jackson is a freelance writer/reporter. living in Maplewood, NJ (even as her DNA is from NY, see her piece “I’m Sorry NJ” coming in The Paterson Literary Review, Spring 2024 for more on NY vs NJ!). In her past lives she’s written extensively about NJ, including as the former Publisher & Editor of Macaroni Kid (SOMA, Summit & Millburn), was the Director of the non-profit MPowering Kids, and was a Producer & Writer on WNYC’s New York Kids (where she also performed live on-air as “Mighty Liz” a superhero whose power was reading 50 books a day).
